Nacpan Beach is located around 20 km outside of El Nido and can easily be visited on a scooter tour from El Nido. We’ll now tell you whether it’s worth the journey, what you can expect at Nacpan Beach and what we didn’t like there.
El Nido – A Paradise in the Philippines
El Nido, located in the north of the island of Palawan in the Philippines, is a true paradise that attracts travelers from all over the world. The place is known for its dramatic limestone cliffs, hidden lagoons and rich underwater world. Over the years, the place has become a real tourist magnet, which is why there is a well-developed tourist infrastructure here. There are stores, restaurants, hotels and the opportunity to go on tours everywhere.

If you want to experience the island world of El Nido but want to stay in a somewhat secluded location and spend your days on a quiet and unspoiled beach, then Nacpan Beach is the place for you.
Nacpan Beach – The Quiet Beach Paradise
Among the numerous beaches in El Nido, Nacpan Beach stands out in particular. Four kilometers long and almost 50 meters wide, the golden sandy beach is a piece of untouched paradise and offers a breathtaking backdrop for a relaxing day by the sea. Nacpan Beach is known for its crystal-clear waters, gentle waves and soft, golden sand, perfect for long walks.
Away from the busy tourist trails, Nacpan Beach offers a calm and peaceful atmosphere, making it the ideal place for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle and immerse themselves in nature. Whether sunbathing, swimming or simply enjoying the picturesque views, Nacpan Beach is a true paradise.
There are hardly any hotels here and little else to disturb your peace and quiet on the beach. It was almost a little too quiet for us. Nacpan Beach is also home to some cute dogs, some of which are not in the best condition. So if you like dogs as much as we do, take a few treats or dog food with you. The four-legged friends will thank you.
The Disadvantage of Nacpan Beach
The big disadvantage of Nacpan Beach is the sand fleas. You should be prepared for them, especially if you want to spend several days here. Make sure you get some repellent so that you are not besieged by the little beasts. Unfortunately, we weren’t prepared for this, so we couldn’t stay here for too long.
Furthermore, there are only a few natural shady spots on Nacpan Beach. However, there is a section of beach with sun loungers and parasols that you can use for a fee.
