The path leads really idyllic through the original forest in the national park and for a long time past a stream before you reach a large lake approximately in the middle of the Hulderstigen hike.

There is also a guest book hidden in a wooden box in which you should definitely sign. Every now and then a sheep bleats in the surroundings, because they can run around here freely. Therefore, you should absolutely leash dogs here.

Also, you should definitely look in between at the numerous information boards, because on one we were presented, for example, information about ant hills, which were located right next to the path and which we would have otherwise walked past.

We felt totally comfortable during the hike, because the path is not strenuous at all, but you are still led through a picture book scenery and learn something about fauna, flora and history through the information boards.

In addition to that, you will probably be all alone here and have nature to yourself.
